Strong, light and durable wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use Bitex BF106 hubs and DT Swiss A 510 aero rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples. These wheels are set up tubeless ready with DT Swiss tubeless rim tape.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

Hubs - Bitex BX106

Bitex hubs use ABEC5 TPI bearings, unless otherwise stated. They are among the best quality available. They help your hubs roll faster and for longer. The hubs are easy to take apart with basic tooling for servicing.

Bitex use their own patented 6 pawl design. There are two groups or pawls which work in teams of three simultaneously. Each pawl is held in place by a spring/clip and is also given an additional coil spring. This design is fast to engage, is quiet and is very durable. It provides either 48 or 56 point engagement, depending on the hub.

Rims - DT Swiss A 510 700c

• Developed from scratch in conjunction with DT's aerodynamic research team at Swiss Side the A 510 brings the latest advances in Aerodynamic research to an 30mm alloy rim
• Designed as an affordable race or training rim the A510 is optimised for 25-28c tyres with a 20mm internal width to balance weight and aero performance
• Can be run either with standard clinchers or road tubeless tyres using DT Swiss tubeless tape and valves
• The sleeve jointing process means reliability is not sacrificed, giving you many unforgettable miles on the road
