Strong, light and durable wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use the latest Shimano R470 hubs and the strong and dependable DT Swiss G540 rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples. These wheels are set up tubeless ready with DT Swiss tubeless rim tape.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

Hubs - Shimano RS470

• A good value front road disc hub for Centre Lock rotors
• High quality sealing cup and cone bearing, and an internal grease sleeve
• Special Boron Nitride machining process is applied to the cones for super smooth rotation

Rims - DT Swiss G540 DB

• Freed from UCI regulation, the DT Swiss Gravel range was free to go as wide as DT's test data suggested, after extensive testing of different tyre profiles and rim shapes, DT engineers have settled on a full 24 mm as the perfect width for modern Gravel bikes
• The added width gives better support to wide, 35c or larger tyres, allowing the use of lower pressures, enhancing grip and comfort whilst reducing rolling resistance and tyre flex under cornering
• Robust, sleeved construction gives a great value package for a wide gravel rim
• Need a rim for cyclocross racing or just something a bit less specific? Check out the R 500 Cross Road, which is fully UCI compliant and a great option for 30-35c tyres
• Available in both 700c and 650B 'Road Plus' sizes for the new breed of multi surface adventure bikes
