Strong, light and durable wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use the latest Shimano RS470 hubs and the strong and 32mm deep, semi aero, DT Swiss RR 521 rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

Hubs - Shimano RS470

• A good value front road disc hub for Centre Lock rotors
• High quality sealing cup and cone bearing, and an internal grease sleeve

Rims - DT Swiss RR 521 DB 700c

• Designed from the ground up for wider 28-35c road rubber, the RR 521 offers a full 20 mm of internal width making it the perfect match for the latest endurance road disc brake bikes
• The RR 521 is the bruiser of the Endurance Road range, the 32 mm deep semi-aero section is hugely stiff and strong, making it ideal for heavier riders or those looking to load up before heading out
• Can be run either with standard clinchers or road tubeless tyres using DT Swiss tubeless tape and valves
• Comes packaged with DT Swiss Squorx ProHead nipples and PHR washers to complete your build
• Strength Boost Welding Technology creates a perfectly welded join for a durable, reliable rim
• PHR washers and convex Squorx nipples naturally align perfectly with your chosen spokes, increasing stiffness and durability with no weight penalty over traditional eyeleted rims
